WTF:  What the Feet!
Learn how to love your feet to love your body!
If you’re an ATHLETE, go to you base to create stability and agility. 
If you’re REHABILITATING, get to the root of the problem by literally touching your foundation.
If SELF CARE is your jam, create circulation and awareness from the ground up. 
We’ll move through restorative yoga poses. 
We’ll massage as well as learn a self care routine for our feet. 
We’ll slow down to ground through our roots.
